SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program Description

GreenWise Builders Inc offers a text messaging program that allows us to communicate with homeowners and property managers about construction, remodeling, and related services. Messages may include:

• Responses to inquiries and estimate requests
• Appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
• Project status updates and coordination during active work
• Follow-up on submitted proposals
• Promotional offers and service announcements, where separately consented to

How to Opt In

You opt in by checking the consent box on a form on our Site or in our chat widget and submitting your mobile number, or by providing your number to a GreenWise Builders representative and agreeing to receive text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the stage of your project. You may receive several messages per week during an active estimate or project, and fewer at other times.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. GreenWise Builders does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply. Contact your carrier for details on your plan.

How to Opt Out

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by calling (310) 870-8077 or emailing hello@greenwisebuilders.com.

Carrier Liability and Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Estimates and Proposals

Any estimate, quote, or proposal issued by GreenWise Builders is based on the scope, conditions, and information available at the time of issuance. Pricing is valid for the period stated on the document and is subject to change if the scope changes, if concealed or unforeseen conditions are discovered, or if material costs change materially. No estimate constitutes a binding contract until a written agreement is signed by both parties.

Contracts and Licensing

All construction work is performed under a written contract that complies with California law, including the requirements of the Contractors State License Board. The signed contract, and not these Terms or any content on this Site, governs the scope of work, price, payment schedule, change orders, and warranty for any project.
